'Sami Frashëri' High School, Tirana

Technical supervision of the reconstruction of the 'Sami Frashëri' high school in Tirana, one of the capital's iconic schools. Following the 26 November 2019 earthquake, the original 1960s building was demolished and replaced with a larger new facility designed by SOA Architecture.

Zenit&Co provided full construction supervision, quality control at every stage, and verification of execution against the architectural design and technical specifications. The building houses 49 classrooms, basement-level laboratories, an Olympic-sized sports hall, a library, and auditoriums.

The school opened in September 2022, expanding the previous capacity to accommodate 1,500 students. The client was the Municipality of Tirana.
